What We Are Looking For
We have a variety of opportunities for companies, institutions, and individuals to partner with us. There are three programs, including Internship Program, Mentorship Program, and Research Program.

Internship Program
We are looking for companies that are willing to work with our students by providing them with on-site internship opportunities. We also expect a supervisor from your company to oversee and mentor our student interns within the firm.
What you will do:

Provide an on-site environment and properly lead interns to accomplish their daily work.

Mentors will be required to create and assign projects for interns, and provide training sessions necessary to help our student interns succeed.

Mentors will be responsible for students' learning experiences and progress.

Regular performance review with students in-person is required.

Weekly updates with YeahEdu.

Provide overall evaluation/feedback/recommendation for our students.
Mentorship Program
We are looking for experienced working professionals who have a minimum of 2 years of working experience. We also welcome seasoned experts/ retired business professionals who love to mentor students.
What you will do:

Create hands-on projects, corresponding to curriculum and learning outcomes

Create and assign projects for mentees, and provide training sessions necessary to help them accomplish the projects.

Oversee students' learning and working progress; Make sure deadlines, expectations, and student learning outcomes are met.

Regular meetings with students online/in-person are required.

Provide overall evaluation/feedback/recommendation for our students.
Research Program
We are looking for institutional/individual researchers who currently have research topics or potential topics. The academic areas could be natural science, social science, business, and engineering, etc.
What you will do:

Assign students real research topics and lead them to successfully finish their research projects.

Create research project timeline, contents, and expectations.

Oversee students' learning progress, and provide necessary academic training.

Vision
You will gain an opportunity to mentor and work with students at community colleges. Your endeavor will allow them to be more outstanding individuals that they never thought to become.
Profession
Although most of our students do not have professional working experience prior to this, they are often able to perform a great job in performing basic market research, logging in the journal entry and conducting customer interviews. This can alleviate you from most of the labor-intensive work.
Compensation
We take our mentors/ partners' experience as one of our first priorities. We are extremely grateful for all their efforts and extra commitment to mentor our students. As an appreciation, we provide very competitive compensation.
