YeahEdu Career Program is a comprehensive educational program that helps college students secure their first professional working experience. We provide our students with opportunities to systematically study career-related topics and help them develop both hard skills and soft skills necessary to succeed in their career. Specifically, our program consists of several components, including resume & cover letter consultation, interview preparation, career training courses, personal mentorship, internship placement, etc.
How does it work?
Step 1: Our experienced career consultants work closely with students to discover their interests and skill sets and help them design a step-by-step career development path that builds up to their success in career.
Step 2: Our industry experts and celebrity teachers conduct career-related boot-camps, featuring various topics such as Data Science, Investment Banking, Market Research and Software Engineering, etc. Students are required to take the courses that are closely related to their career vision. By passing comprehensive examinations at the end of each course, successful candidates will enter our soft skill training workshop.
Step 3: Our selected working professionals and human resource experts conduct soft skill training programs and provide guidance on resume & cover letter drafting, interview preparation as well as networking know-how.
Step 4: Our students will be matched up with internship/mentorship/research opportunities based on their interest, courses finished, and their career plan.

What opportunties do we offer?
Internship Opportunity:
We realize that it could be difficult for students to land their first internships, so we are here to make it easier. By working with hundreds of start-ups and mid-sized corporate partners in different industries, we are able to provide students with their desired working experience. While at work, students will be able to learn how to work in a professional environment, develop necessary skills, and eventually have potential to get return offers for respective full-time positions.
Mentorship Opportunity:
For students who prefer in-depth mentoring, Mentorship Program offers personalized project, which is designed according to students' interests and needs. Mentors will work closely with students until they finish the project. Students will be able to fully understand the project, acquire desired skills and knowledge, and build up a long-term relationship with their mentors. We partner with seasoned mentors who have over 3 years of working experience in prestigious corporations.
Research Opportunity:
For students who want to pursue an academic-oriented path and build up research experience, we match them with research opportunities in a variety of research institutions, schools, and/or pair them with Ph.D. students. Students are free to choose their favorite research topics or provide new research proposals. Students will be able to learn about the most popular research topics, enhance their technical and scientific knowledge, and eventually develop independent research skills and interest.
